The StepCare App is a digital platform designed to support communication and documentation in care settings. The App provides features including but not limited to:

  • User account management

  • Documentation features
  • Optional AI-powered functions (translations, text optimization)

3. Registration and User Accounts

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the App, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Types

  • Individual accounts: Created directly by users
  • Employee accounts: Created by the company with user consent

4. Terms of Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the App for:

  • Documentation of care-related activities
  • Internal team collaboration
  • Any other purpose explicitly permitted by these Terms

For business customers, a separate Data Processing Agreement is required, which will be provided upon request.

You retain ownership of the content you upload to the App, but grant us a license to use, store, and display such content as necessary to provide the service.

  • Intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty
  • Injury to life, body, or health
  • Breaches of essential contractual obligations

You are liable for:

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, with the courts of Wellington having exclusive jurisdiction.
